Is there a cost?
Early bird tickets are £99 – act quick before they go!
Do I need PLI?
Yes, we require Public Liability Insurance which can be submitted closer to the event. Any trade stand without a PLI will not be allowed to trade.
Can I sell food/drink?
Sadly not, Thruxton has an exclusivity contract for food and drink and therefore we can’t allow anyone else on site.
When can i set up?
Access will be available on Sunday 28th July from 8am – 10am. Please note: Movement of vehicles will be strictly prohibited from 10:30am – 4pm.
What are my size restrictions?
On registration, please fill in the size you require. We are not restricting the sizes, although we are running a fair allocation policy. Your vehicles will be directly parked behind your stand and we are happy for you to showcase up to 4 cars with your trade stand.
Where will my stand be located?
Your stand will be on cut grass and outside.

How to register my stand?
1. Make sure you read the FAQs and T&Cs HERE
2. Fill in the trade stand request form HERE
3. Provide your public liability insurance either when submitting the form or no less than 3 weeks before the event.
4. We will send an invoice that will need to be paid no less than 3 weeks before the event and a layout plan with clear directions.
